Cancellation & Deposit Policy – Kenvo Hair Studio
At Kenvo Hair Studio, we are committed to providing a seamless and professional experience for all our clients.
To ensure fair scheduling and efficient appointment management, the following policies apply:
1. Deposit Requirement for New Clients
• New clients are required to pay a 50% deposit of the total treatment cost at the time of booking.
• The deposit will be deducted from the final treatment cost on the day of the appointment.
• Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by the client in accordance
with section 2 or unless the cancellation is initiated by Kenvo Hair Studio. In these cases, clients
will be offered the choice of a refund or rescheduling at the earliest availability.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled time without
incurring any charges.
• Requests for cancellations or rescheduling must be made via phone, WhatsApp, or email and will be
confirmed upon receipt.
3. Late Cancellations
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of
the total service cost.
• If a new client cancels within 48 hours, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. No-Shows
• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the
appointment cost.
5. Salon-Initiated Cancellations
• In the rare event that Kenvo Hair Studio needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to
unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the choice to reschedule at the earliest availability or
receive a full refund of any deposit.
• We will make every effort to notify clients as soon as possible in such cases.
6. Agreement to Terms
• By booking an appointment at Kenvo Hair Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in
this Cancellation & Deposit Policy.
7. Legal Disclaimer
• Kenvo Hair Studio reserves the right to update this policy at any time. This policy is in accordance
with Dutch consumer regulations and is designed to ensure fairness and efficiency for both clients and
the salon.
